Motorola seeks an injunction against the iPhone 4S and iCloud

Motorola has filed an injunction against Apple for six different patent infringements. Most of them have been previously asserted on other Apple products. Google's purchase of Motorola Mobility probably means that Google authorized Motorola to go ahead with the suit as well
