A Leawood man who several years ago created a foundation to help equip women of all ages with the information they need to be safe plans to keep up the fight. Roger Kemp, of Leawood, formed The Ali Kemp Educational Foundation after his 19-year-old daughter, Ali, was murdered in 2002 while working at a neighborhood pool in Johnson County.
